The next couples workshop is Tuesday October 9th between 7.30 and 9.30. Forms will be available next week to book your place. I am also considering holding a Babymoon workshop which will cover all you need to know for the early weeks and months of motherhood. This workshop is suitable for women only and will cover bonding, sleep, breastfeeding & babycare and will be a good place to discuss concerns or questions you have about the other side of the birth. The workshop will run dependent on interest so please let me know if you think it might be something you are interested in.
