OK, so I loved the Buddha Bellies DVD while I was pregnant. Now my bub is 3 weeks old I need to do some exercise to strenthen my tummy muscles, help me lose my tummy weight and strenghten my lower back which has been hurting since my baby was born. Can anyone recommend an appropriate yoga DVD for *post*-natal exercise?
